Alhamdulillah I have never had problem with pay pal
My experience transact with overseas consumer have not problem one of trick to avoid have problem with exchange rate / currency is checking before, see in web BCA if we wish to withdraw / cash down our money to local bank (BCA).
Because exchange rate usually can also relate to local bank which in withdraw.
If wished not get fee, don’t direct withdraw our money, accumulated first the money, if not wrong over 1,5 million didn't get fee to withdraw.
change currency from other currency to US $ also have an effect , for example you accept Singapore dollar and wish to change it to US $, it also get charge, better don't change currency other state currency to US $, so direct change the currency of Singapore Dollar to Rupiah, or to be safe only accepting the payment of US $.

Just adding my experience about pay pal, after enlisted, if we will withdraw or took in
Indonesia bank had to verified first
Pay pal would ask the data and no cc (credit card ) to verification
When first register I don’t have cc ehm...until now I also don’t have it...hehehe
Don’t be confused, I use vcc
Have more than 6 months and pay pal account still verified
So just bought once, still verified
